The pandemic made us all feel imprisoned in our own homes. The beige and light green paint on our walls started closing in on us after the first few months, we grew tired of our screens, scrolled every last movie on Netflix, prime and Disney+ and found nothing remotely enticing, longed to look at something, anything new and fresh.
The interior design trends during the pandemic were mostly about creating a personal space within our own homes in hope of finding inner peace. Feng shui, wabi sabi, earth-tone colours are some new trending terms in the interior design realm.
